Restaurant Earned 3.5 Stars by Food Critic
County Clare was recently reviewed by Dennis Getto, Milwaukee Journal
Sentinel Food Critic. Mr. Getto gave County Clare 3.5 stars and stated,
"Any Milwaukeean with a shred of Irish heritage, or a simple interest
in our city's ethnic past, should plan a stop at County Clare to see the
lengths to which the staff has gone to reproduce a little slice of Ireland
here. It's an excellent place before a game, a play or a show."

Upon entering the restaurant, the wildflower Axminster carpeting is plush
beneath your feet. We invite you to enjoy a pint of Guinness or Harp while
being seated in the dining room, at the bar, or in the charming Saint's
Snug. A sense of Ireland surrounds you as you feel the warmth of a peat
fire and listen to the lilt of an Irish Brogue delighting your ear. Twenty
stained-glass windows capture the setting sunlight and reflect the beauty
of the towns and villages of Ireland's County Clare. Aromas emanating
from the kitchen entice you to sample an intimate portrait of a country
and its cuisine.
The sound of laughter and good old Irish story-telling complete the
ambiance of this very special Inn.
